Topics covered include:
An overview of the APMP certification program, and how the Foundation Level exam works.
Business Development lifecycle and Capture. Building a project plan for your proposal – including compliance matrices and using Competitive Price To Win.
Persuasive writing, design and graphics and Knowledge Management.
Competitive intelligence, proposal strategy and value.
Managing the proposal – considering the end-to-end proposal process and the key reviews that need to take place.
Process for sitting the exam.
You must be a member of APMP to take the exam.
The price of APMP membership is not included in our course fee.
Multiple choice, open-book exam
For classroom courses, you’ll sit the multiple-choice, open-book exam at the end of the afternoon. For online courses, you choose your own slot to take the exam, though we advise that you do so as quickly as possible after taking the second class.
Get 56% of questions correct to pass
The pass mark is 42 out of 75, and you have one hour. If we’re on-site with you, we’ll mark your paper straight away, before feeding back your results one-to-one. If you take the exam virtually then you get your result immediately.
