AI in proposals is evolving fast, and much of what you'll take away comes from hearing how peers in other organizations are tackling the same challenges — what's working, what's creating risk, and where the practical boundaries are. You'll also get direct access to your trainer to pressure-test ideas and ask the questions that the Study Guide doesn't answer.

All public courses are live and instructor-led, delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams. The course runs over two 4-hour sessions with breaks built in. These are interactive sessions with real-time discussion — not pre-recorded videos. If there are six or more people in your organization looking to certify, we can also run a private group course for you, virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person across Canada and the US.

Small enough that you'll have time for real discussion, questions, and peer learning — not just a one-way presentation. You get direct access to your trainer throughout, not just a Teams chat box.

Sessions are scheduled in the morning Pacific time/afternoon Eastern time as we serve delegates across Canada and the US.

The price covers your live training and your exam fee. You’ll need to hold current APMP membership, purchased separately and directly from APMP. Once you have your APMP Member ID, share it with us so we can reserve your spot on the course and register you with the exam body.

Individuals generally prefer to pay via Stripe (credit card — quick, easy and secure). For group bookings, we can also arrange for a bank/wire transfer.

Your APMP membership gives you online access to the AI micro-certification study guide. After the course, you’ll receive copies of the slides which you can reference during the exam (it’s open book). There’s also a practice exam available via APMG that you can take as many times as you like.

The exam is multiple choice and open book. There are 30 questions and you have 30 minutes to complete them. The pass mark is 22 out of 30. You sit the exam online at a date and time that works for you — the system is available 24/7. If English isn’t your first language or you have additional needs (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD), you can apply to APMG for extra time.

Completely. Most people feel that way. The good news is that this course covers the syllabus, the exam is open book, and you can practise with a mock exam beforehand. Our courses are designed to build your confidence and give you a clear understanding of what to expect.
