The Proposal Happiness Index is the biggest research project focused on wellbeing in the bid and proposal profession worldwide. We're delighted to launch the second edition of the report, alongside the APMP Mental Health Affinity Group (MHAG).
We've looked at the trends and the key data points - how happy and valued we feel at work - have headed the wrong way since the 2025 report. That's worrying. But the main focus of the report is practical tips for wellbeing and improving proposal efficiency and effectiveness - shared verbatim from the input of over 200 respondents worldwide.
