We suggest that you review the ideas we've shared with you and build yourself a bespoke development plan.
Prioritise a small number of areas that you really want to work on and give yourself some realistic deadlines. Perhaps share these with your boss to get additional ideas and also their support for you achieving your objectives. And pencil in a reminder to do the assessment again in say 12 months, so you can track your progress.
