Once appointed, our proposal managers immerse themselves. They quickly get to know your team and understand how you operate, including your governance structures. This rapid immersion enables them to integrate seamlessly with your team, ensuring they can contribute effectively from the outset.

They’ll undertake thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the end customer - reviewing customer documentation, engaging in conversations with your team, and gathering other insights that they may have, including on your competition.

Our proposal managers can assume various roles. They may take on a leadership role, being fully engaged with the opportunity on a full-time basis, driving the proposal process, and leading your team. Alternatively, they can adopt a supportive role, working part-time alongside your team to provide guidance and support.
