How we work

Whatever support you require in the pre-proposal phase, we’ll align one of our senior consultants to work with you through the process.

Our pre-proposal planning process begins with a kick off meeting to align on objectives, roles, and responsibilities.

Then we dive into facilitated brainstorming sessions and workshops to help you advance pre-proposal planning activities and create and review deliverables that will be used in the submission. This may include developing a clear proposal strategy and key themes, creating a draft executive summary, building content, developing designs and key graphics, and/or creating a detailed project plan and timeline to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Throughout the process, we provide regular updates and maintain open communication to ensure alignment and progress.
