How we work

Once we’ve had a discovery call with you to understand what help you need and get any NDAs that may be required organised, we’ll usually then do a thorough analysis of the RFI, RFP, or ITT documentation. We’ll then provide our views on how you should respond to the customer’s request.

As required, we can then help with kicking off the opportunity, and developing the strategy and storyboarding the response (as described here). We then conduct a series of workshops and interviews with your team to gather the necessary information and insights.
